Shipping Policy
At Revolt Books, our mission is to deliver powerful stories, revolutionary ideas, and bold voices directly to your doorstep with care and efficiency. We know how exciting it is to wait for a new book, which is why we work diligently to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To offer you a vast and curated selection of literature, we fulfill orders using a combination of our in-house inventory and a network of trusted fulfillment partners.
Please review our comprehensive shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team immediately gets to work.

Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

High Volume Periods: During special promotions, holidays, or major new book releases, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully pack your books.
2. Business Days and Holidays
Our shipping operations run from Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays. Orders placed late on a Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note that our shipping carriers also observe national holidays, which may affect transit times.
3. Shipping Time Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Domestic Shipping (Within the Contiguous US)

Standard Shipping: 4 to 8 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
International Shipping

Standard International: 10 to 21 business days

Expedited International: 5 to 10 business days
Transit times begin once the package leaves our facility or our partner's fulfillment center, not from the moment the order is placed.
4. Shipping Costs
Because books can vary significantly in weight, our shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. Rates are based on the total weight of your order, your chosen shipping method, and your exact delivery destination.
To see your exact shipping cost, simply add your desired books to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. If we are running a "Free Shipping" promotion, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout once your cart meets the qualifying threshold.
5. Order Tracking Information
We want you to be able to follow your books on their journey to you! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the carrier's initial scan.

If your order is being fulfilled by multiple facilities, you may receive more than one tracking number.
6. Multiple Package Shipments
To bring you the best possible selection of literature, Revolt Books partners with trusted dropshipping suppliers and specialized book distributors. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses depending on inventory location.

Do not be alarmed if your order arrives in separate boxes on different days.

You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split deliveries.

You will receive tracking information for each separate package.
7. Pre-Orders and Backordered Books
We frequently feature highly anticipated new releases and special editions.

Pre-Orders: If your order includes a pre-order title, that specific book will ship on or around its official publication date.

Mixed Orders: If you purchase an available book alongside a pre-order or backordered book, we will typically ship the available items immediately and send the pre-order item separately once it becomes available.
8. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Revolt Books is proud to ship globally, sharing our movement with readers around the world. However, please be aware of the following for international orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once it reaches your destination country.

Revolt Books is not responsible for these charges. All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If a package is held at customs, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
9. Delays and Unexpected Shipping Issues
While we pride ourselves on prompt fulfillment, certain circumstances are outside of our control once a package is handed over to the carrier. Revolt Books is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.

Carrier network disruptions or labor strikes.

Customs delays for international orders.

High-volume postal periods (such as the winter holiday season).
If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate.
10. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a correct, safe, and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [INSERT EMAIL].

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

If the package has already shipped, we are unable to reroute it. Revolt Books is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and we cannot issue refunds for these instances.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We know the heartbreak of receiving a damaged book or dealing with a missing package.

Damaged Books: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking indicates that your order is "Lost in Transit," please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. Revolt Books is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered. We highly recommend providing a secure delivery location at checkout.
12. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, there are a few restrictions on our shipping capabilities:

We cannot guarantee expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Standard shipping will be used for these locations.

There are a select number of countries we are currently unable to ship to due to international trade restrictions or unreliable carrier networks. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately cannot fulfill the order at this time.
